Founder and CEO
Profile
Fabian is Founder and CEO of Centralis . Together with Lukas, he is responsible for the overall vision and strategic direction of the company. His operational focus lies in structuring the group’s transactions and financing.
Fabian brings extensive expertise in negotiating and executing complex real estate transactions as well as in strategic asset management. Prior to founding Centralis Immobilien, he worked as an attorney at CMS Hasche Sigle, specializing in advising national and international clients on high-volume and complex real estate transactions—on both the buy and sell side—as well as on structuring sophisticated commercial lease agreements.
Fabian holds the German Bar Exam and earned a Doctor of Law (Dr. jur.) from the University of Cologne.
Felix Lorenz
Head of Investment
Profile
Felix is Head of Investment at Centralis . He is responsible for initiating and executing acquisition processes for new projects, including deal sourcing and financial modelling.
In previous positions at Edmond de Rothschild REIM, Hudson Advisors (Lonestar Funds), and BNP Paribas Real Estate Consult, he gained extensive experience in the acquisition and asset management of single assets and project developments for a wide range of uses, as well as in the structuring of complex portfolio transactions.
Felix studied Economics with a focus on Real Estate Economics at the Universities of Freiburg and Bologna, and later specialized in Real Estate Investment & Finance at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in Oestrich-Winkel.
Dr. Jan van Uden
Associate Director Strategy & Asset Management
Profile
Jan is Associate Director Strategy & Asset Management at Centralis . He is responsible for the company’s strategic projects as well as commercial asset management. His operational focus lies on managing the existing portfolio, strategic portfolio management, and the optimization of internal processes and platform structures.
Jan brings extensive expertise in the design and implementation of long-term transformation and strategy projects, as well as in strategic portfolio management. Before joining Centralis Immobilien, he spent over four years as a strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, where he specialized in advising on complex private equity transactions and leading large-scale transformations for international clients.
Jan holds a Bachelor’s degree in German and European Business Law and a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the University of Siegen, where he also earned his Doctor of Law (Dr. iur.).
Lukas von Lüdinghausen
Founder and CEO
Profile
Lukas is Founder and CEO of Centralis . Together with Fabian, he is responsible for the overall vision and strategic direction of the company. His operational focus lies in the execution of project developments as well as the strategic management of the existing portfolio.
Lukas has many years of experience in the development and realization of sophisticated real estate projects. Before founding Centralis Immobilien Group, he held various senior positions at real estate development firms, overseeing the entire value chain – from acquisition and planning to handover to operators or end users.
Lukas holds a Master of Science in Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in Oestrich-Winkel, with a focus on Real Estate Management.
Niklas Jahn
Development Manager
Profile
Niklas structures, leads, and manages selected development projects of Centralis with a holistic approach.
He brings in-depth experience in operational project development, particularly in zoning and permitting processes, leasing, and coordinating all project stakeholders throughout the construction phase.
Before joining Centralis, Niklas held project management roles at Bonava and Catella, where he led complex developments across various asset classes through all project phases.
Niklas is a certified Real Estate Specialist (EBZ/IHK) and a qualified Real Estate Agent (EBZ/IHK).
Oliver Gellhaus
Head of Technical Asset Management
Profile
Oliver is Head of Technical Asset Management at Centralis . He oversees the technical development of projects from acquisition due diligence through to construction management.
Before joining Centralis, Oliver was responsible for project coordination in the development of international luxury hotels for 12.18. Investment Management GmbH. Prior to that, he held senior site management roles in commercial construction projects both in Germany and internationally.
Oliver holds a Master Craftsman qualification in roofing and additionally completed a degree in Technical Business Administration at ITB Münster.
Tina Hantel
Senior Manager Internal Services
Profile
Tina is Senior Manager Internal Services at Centralis . She is responsible for the continuous development of internal structures, the optimization of administrative processes, and the cross-functional coordination of operational workflows.
Before joining Centralis, Tina spent over 15 years at Heuer Dialog GmbH, where she was responsible for the strategic and operational planning of national industry events, the management of internal processes, and the implementation of cross-team process structures.
Tina is a certified hotel management professional (IHK) and has many years of experience in internal organization and the management of service-related processes.
Torsten Hönisch
Head of Development
Profile
Torsten is Head of Development at Centralis . He is responsible for the end-to-end development and execution of projects from acquisition to completion, and is leading the development team at Centralis.
Torsten brings over 10 years of experience in managing complex large-scale projects across various asset classes, as well as in leading interdisciplinary teams. Before joining Centralis, he held senior development roles at Tecklenburg and Empira, and served as Head of Development at Development Partner.
Originally from Hamburg, Torsten holds a degree in Law (Diplom-Jurist) and is a certified Commercial Real Estate Economist (IREBS/GCSC). He has also completed several professional certifications in facilitation and moderation. Prior to his career in real estate, he held various leadership roles in federal and state-level politics.
